Deposits & Cancellations
In order to book your reservation, there is a 50% deposit required. This is non-refundable. Deposit goes toward the over all cost of the service. The remaining balance will be due the day of your service. If the scheduled appointment violates the cancellation policy, the deposit is forfeited.

If you choose to cancel or reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of your service, a new non refundable deposit will be required to rebook.

If you choose to no call/no show any scheduled service, you will not be able to book any future appointments.

I always want you to be 100% satisfied with your services. I ask that if you are not satisfied, you contact me within 5 days of your appointment and I will be happy to make any tweaks needed to achieve the look originally agreed upon during the initial appointment.
